  Aspen Builders was founded in 1992 by Bob Benes who is currently the president of the company. Bob is a native of Lincoln and realizes the importance of customer satisfaction for repeat and referral business. Bob takes a hands-on approach and works closely with the home buyer throughout the design, planning and layout process. He visits job sites daily and employs an office manager to ensure that all communication between buyer and builder flows consistently. Aspen Builders has been framing their own homes since 1995 and currently has 3 crews of in-house framers. They have a network of subcontractors, most of whom have been working with them since the beginning. At Aspen Builders, we feel our subcontractors are the very best the Lincoln marketplace has to offer.

  At Aspen Builders we have our own in-house plan designer who will work with you to create the home of your dreams. We also have lots of plans to select from if you do not have a specific plan in mind.

  Aspen's philosophy is simple. Being involved as a hands-on builder with quality control, employing our own framers, and using the same sub-contractors for every job, we not only ensure ourselves, but our customers the highest quality built home. Our priority is high customer satisfaction with repeat and referral business, which we are known for in the Lincoln and Waverly area markets.
